Maintenance Cleaning-Most Common Service
With busy schedules, careers, children and life in general you might need  a cleaning program for you that will be specific to the needs of your home and lifestyle.

We offer weely, bi-weekly, monthly, or one -time only services.

Rates are based upon square footage and frequency of cleaning.We DO NOT charge  by the hour-because we will give your home the full service and time you deserve.

You are our neighbor and we will treat you right!! ---This is an example of rates.

Small home-approx. 1200 square feet- $50(weekly) $60(biweekly)  $70(monthly)

Medium home-approx. 2400 square feet- $70(weekly)  $80(biweekly)  $90(monthly)

Large home-approx. 3500 square feet- $80(weekly)   $100(biweekly)   $125(monthly)



INITIAL CLEANING-For first time cleaning (when needed) 

This service is for homes who need a good foundation before beginning a regular maintenance cleaning.This is a one time rate for your first cleaning. If you have not had housekeeping services recently -you may need this "initial" cleaning service. 

Typical rates are as follows-

Small home-approx.1200 sq. ft-   $125.00

Medium home-approx.2400 sq. ft-$150.00

Large home-approx.3500 sq. ft-  $175.00

 

DEEP  CLEANING-or Spring cleaning

Medium home-$200.00

Large home-   $250.00

 

MOVE IN/MOVE  OUT

 If you have an unfurnished home ,apartment, or condo and need cleaning-rates are as follows-This would be a detailed clean or the same as an "initial" clean-check out "Residential Checklist" for more information. The rates are adjusted due to less furniture to clean.This is for those who need to have a great presentaion on a house or leave a home sparkling clean.

Small home-   $100.00

Medium home-$125.00

Large home-   $150.00





 

EXTRAS-Prices are based on level of cleaning needed.

Window Washing(interior)-entire house- $15.00-$40.00

Stove-inside and outside(you supply new drip pans-if needed)-$15.00-$25.00

Refrigerator-inside and outside-$10.00-$25.00

Excessive clutter-toys, items on the floor, bathroom counters-(more than a few items)-$5.00 per room

Laundry-(wash, dry , fold)-$7.00 per load

Organizational projects-bookcases straightened, rooms organized, closets picked up and organized, cabinets organized(kitchen, bathroom), -Prices given by the job-

Seasonal-tree decorating, tree taken down for storage, ornaments put away for storage, any other seasonal assistance-Prices given by the job-

 



 









 SPECIALS

Senior Citizens Discount-65+

We offer a Senior discount of $40.00 flat rate for first time customers on their first cleaning. No matter the size or service our price will always be the same for our older clients. This is not transferable and can only be used for the first visit. We do, however offer discounted prices for those who wish to schedule a regular cleaning with us-weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
